For businesses

Licensing sold by the people who have to run it

Most licensing is sold once and never looked at again, so counts drift upward and renewals arrive as invoices rather than decisions. We hold the vendor programs and we run the environments, which means the license count is reviewed against what is actually deployed — and we will tell you to buy less when that is the right answer.

  • Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)
  • Veeam Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP)
  • CrowdStrike and Arctic Wolf licensing
  • HPE ProLiant, Alletra, Aruba, and VM Essentials
  • AWS billing transfer and consolidated invoicing
  • Right-sizing reviews before every renewal

What we deliver

Microsoft licensing, actively managed

As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider we sell the licensing and then keep it honest, which is the part most resellers skip.

  • Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions sold and administered
  • License right-sizing against actual usage, not headcount on paper
  • Reassignment at joiner, mover, and leaver events so you stop paying for departed staff
  • Renewal management with a review before the date, not an invoice after it
  • Azure cost governance — reserved capacity, orphaned resources, and tagging

Backup and security licensing

The products we already engineer, licensed by the same team that has to make them work.

  • Veeam licensing through our Cloud & Service Provider program
  • CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint and identity protection
  • Arctic Wolf managed detection and response
  • Consumption reviewed against what is actually deployed and protected
  • One accountable party for the license and the engineering behind it

HPE hardware

Quoted, ordered, and delivered as part of the project rather than as a separate procurement exercise you have to run.

  • HPE ProLiant servers, including the DL380 and DL385 families
  • HPE Alletra storage
  • HPE Aruba Networking switching and wireless
  • HPE VM Essentials for organizations leaving VMware
  • Sizing tied to the design document, so the quote matches the architecture

AWS billing transfer

Consolidated invoicing and cost accountability for AWS estates that have grown without governance.

  • Billing transfer to a consolidated invoice
  • Cost review against real consumption patterns
  • Reserved instance and savings plan modeling
  • Tagging strategy so spend can be attributed to a department
  • Ongoing governance as part of a managed agreement

How it runs

From first call to sign-off

Every engagement is governed by a written statement of work naming deliverables, assumptions, and who is responsible for what.

  1. Inventory what you actually hold

License counts against real assigned users, hardware against real workloads. Almost every review finds subscriptions nobody uses and capacity nobody needs.

  2. Right-size before you renew

We would rather cut your license count than quietly renew it. A renewal you did not review is the most expensive line item in most IT budgets.

  3. Quote tied to the design

Where hardware is involved, the quote follows the written design document, so what arrives matches what the architecture called for.

  4. Manage it, do not just sell it

Ongoing reassignment, consumption review, and renewal notice ahead of the date — with the same team that engineers the platform.

Questions

What people ask

Licensing sold by the people who have to run it — questions

Why buy licensing from you rather than direct or from a pure reseller?

Because the team selling it is the team running it. A pure reseller has no visibility into whether your Defender policies are configured, whether your Veeam repositories are immutable, or whether half your Microsoft 365 licenses are assigned to people who left. We see all of that, so the license count tracks reality instead of drifting upward every renewal.

Will you tell us to buy less?

Regularly, and it is the main reason clients move licensing to us. Reducing a subscription count or dropping a tier costs us margin in the short term and earns the relationship in the long term. If a review finds you are over-licensed, the report says so in writing.

Do we have to buy hardware through you to get the project?

No, and we will say so before you ask. A great deal of our work is professional services delivered on top of hardware someone else supplied. Procurement through us is a convenience we offer, never a condition of engagement.

What is AWS billing transfer?

It moves your AWS invoicing to us as an AWS partner, so you receive one consolidated bill and gain a named party accountable for cost management rather than a self-service console. Your accounts, your data, and your architecture are unchanged — only the billing relationship moves, and it can move back.

Can you take over licensing somebody else sold us?

In most cases yes, though Microsoft CSP subscriptions have transfer timing tied to their term. We will review what you hold, tell you what can move and when, and flag anything better left where it is until renewal.

When did anyone last check your license count?

A review against assigned users and deployed workloads usually pays for itself. Send us what you think you are paying for.
