How do you work around production schedules?
Shutdown windows, changeover periods, and low-volume shifts are established before the project plan exists, and the plan is built backwards from them. Work is staged so each phase can complete or roll back inside its window. We assume production takes precedence and plan for work to be deferred rather than rushed.
Can you support sites in multiple states or time zones?
Yes. Our delivery is remote-first and coverage windows are defined in the agreement, so multi-site and multi-time-zone support is a scheduling question rather than a capability one. On-site work is arranged where a project genuinely needs hands in a rack.
Do you touch shop-floor and OT systems?
We work on the IT side of the boundary and on the segmentation that defines it — isolating operational technology from corporate networks, controlling what can cross, and reviewing the architecture. We do not modify control systems or PLC programming, and we coordinate with your automation vendor where the boundary is genuinely ambiguous.
Our ERP vendor says the infrastructure is the problem. Can you settle it?
That is a familiar standoff and usually resolvable with data. We benchmark the infrastructure layers — storage latency, network path, host resource contention, database configuration — and produce evidence that either identifies a genuine infrastructure constraint or demonstrates the platform is performing within specification. Either outcome ends the argument.
