Can you cover Linux under our existing RMM and ticketing?
Yes. We work inside your tools rather than asking your client to adopt ours — your PSA, your RMM, your documentation platform. If a monitoring gap needs filling for Linux specifically, we will tell you what is missing and configure it in the stack you already own.
Do you handle end-of-life CentOS migrations?
Regularly. The usual path is CentOS 7 to Rocky Linux or RHEL for shops that want a drop-in replacement, or Ubuntu LTS where the workload is already container-oriented. We inventory application dependencies first, because the migration itself is rarely the part that breaks.
What does CIS hardening actually involve?
We apply a CIS Benchmark-aligned baseline, then work through the exceptions — because a benchmark applied blindly will break production. You get the applied configuration, a documented list of deviations with business justification, and evidence in a form an auditor or cyber insurer will accept.
Is there a minimum engagement?
For project work, the statement of work defines the minimum. For ongoing support, most partners start with a prepaid block of hours, which carries no monthly commitment, and move to a retainer once the volume is predictable.
Can you support HP-UX or Solaris?
Yes, and this is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly. We have delivered HP-UX vPar conversions, NetBackup administration, and Oracle standby work on legacy Unix within the last several years. If your client has a system nobody will touch, it is worth a call.
